R - xy ... while :

• "R" sound like speak "arch" in fast spoken, it means like seeming amused because you know about situation than other people.
• "xy" is spoken like speak "z" ( US), it is the last letter of the English alphabet.

The conclusion is to be the best person, we do not have to be the number "one", we could be the best by standing on the "last"... and make the people got charmed by my works...
